Just a quick update for today on the status of refunding active subscriptions. All subscription payment collection has been halted, and the prorated amount to refund has been calculated as of this afternoon. Some refunds have already been issued. We're currently talking with Stripe to work out how to send the remaining balance back to your payment method on file. Expecting to get the rest of this done over the next couple of days.
