Account in use?

I can currently log into both Test server and Despothes Grove, but Fin server says my character is in use when I try to login. Oo. I did notice only 106 players on and dwindling. I can assume the login server is borked?

You can use the command /reset toonname from a second account linked to the same web account to clear up a locked out character.
