Will
BoE items are binding, even if you don't equip them. I attempted to put on a proficient warlord's vest (level 250), on my level 100 ASGW, and it bound it to my account, even though I didn't actually equip it. I tried doing the same with a familiar elementalist's cowl on my wizard, while i already had a cowl equipped. They appear to bind on right click, or attempted equip, rather than when you actually put them on.
