Build Points on Legacy server

Under the "state" tab the build points read 256 on all toons. It does not go higher or lower, it stays are 256. Noticed this right after the last upgrade.

Please fix this, it is so annoying not knowing how many build points you have :)

all patches applied and the bug is still there, build points read 256. no way to undo what ever you did to make this happen? I know it is only the Legacy server and not important, but I like playing there. Please fix it.
