can't interact with basket (decor)

I put various goods in the basket, but now I can't interact with it to open, clicking doesn't bring up a manu, double clicking or dragging onto myself will pick it up, replacing it doesn't seem to fix it.

rebooting my pc seems to have cleared the issue and i can interact with the basket again
