Cannot Connect To Server - NETERR

I attempt to select the Finvarra's Fortress after running the client, the launcher freezes and then gives me a NETERR: Could not make connection with 3.15.62.205. Either the server is down or you are not connected to the network. Check your connection or try again in 10 minutes.

i had this issue when i first started playin realm on my desktop with wifi.. The solution that worked for me was to just run a direct line from my router to my pc never had it again. Again this only worked for me not sure if it will help you..
