"Do you want to make changes to your computer?" Notification alert

Every time I launch the game, it constantly pops up. The game did not do this before. I also have it running as admin, and under XP SP3. I don't know why it keeps doing this. Apparently, I am not the only player who is experiencing this issue. HELP!
