Don't get the arrow for going down.

had to get someone to port me out of my house. I didn't have the arrow to go down. I have left and right and up but not down.

Sort of, i relogged onto another character which fixed it then tried going back and it seemed to be only for that character. So since it was on the test realm i just made a new one. Sorry if this doesnt help.
