I was running holy caves and halfway through a fight i was feared out of combat. No loot from the enemies killed before fewred dropped outside of the cloud and upon defeating all the enemies i was unable to progress farther into cave. I was feared out of combat by a simmoned wizard of light. I am unsure if that is relevant.
