home full & freeze

When I load the floor up with too much my game freezes and I'm forced to CRT ALT DEL my way out of it and log back on. Is there a way to stop that from happening? Obviously besides using more Backpacks….Thanks!

How long have you let it stay frozen before exiting? It's possible it's just taking a minute to load everything, depending on how much stuff you have.

Chests that open help this issue far more than Backpacks on the floor do

If you have a house that you actually can't enter at all, please file a CS ticket so we can take a look

For like a minute or so. Just sit there waiting and waiting. Clicking anything does nothing so I eventually just have to shut the game down. Obviously I need to work on being more organized but I don't always know how close to 50? items I have on the floor so eventually I just get frozen out and have to restart it manually.

lol…It's not that I can't get into my house…it's when it's full (and I don't know it's full) I then go to drop something it notifies me the room is full and it just freezes so then I have to manually restart the game. That's it.

Thanks, I understand now - I missed that a dialog came up that froze the game. Yes, we can fix this up.
