Hi Team,
Casting Iron chains on anything that is programmed to shift first round pulls the target to you and wipes the shift thereby allowing you to take down any monster set to shift with ease so long as you have a wizzy with iron chains in your party. The mob will then reshift next round and so on and so forth allowing you to negate their ability to attack.
