Issue with Chanting

Seems every chanter I know can is blowing up Finn Backpacks on second chant. Also blew up some other gear at 90%.

Have Sorc Attunement and blew up Mage Mage Charm on 3rd chant!

you do understand that 90% is not 100% right?

I blew up one Fin backpack and then chanted another Fin backpack 4x. Seems fine to me. Better question is why my Fin backpack has no +str bonus on it. Is that by design?
