2. Very difficult to see the glow effect (the previous iteration of helms had more glow, and buyer has no way to inspect the glow level before purchasing because it is Account Bound)

Glowies should NOT be account bound or the value is gone really. Whats the point of having an item that's rare and holds a value if you cannot resell it..

The account bound aspect is certainly not intended. It's likely the wrong variant was "glowied" (bound version versus not). Next patch we can correct it although you will need to contact a GM to exchange the account bound one with a non-bound one.

The glowie art is unfortunately not very easy to change.
