i believe this is how it happen, my hitter was in HC fighting. NPC cast scared on me and i was out of battle. wiz of light appear 0 HP outside battle to me with a gesture of being knock back. I believe my weapon's poison kill her to finish that turn. My hitter summon my wiz to my cave and jump that WizofLight and get that error message.
I was solo in dungeon, imp necro feared me and I fled out of combat. I restarted combat and attacked the imp necro again and killed it a second time and crashed.
I had this happen with punishers just south of Avalon city, mentioned in a previous thread. Same process. Feared out of combat, went back in, crashed on punisher dying twice. Same script 40101 ip 0xd0.
