ummm yea thats a problem DEVS please fix this..
i can confirm i just tried this with my lvl 750 toon and was able to wear it.. problem is a scammer could put this on and appear as a high lvl toon.. also we all work very hard to achive this milestone.. please add this to the upcomming fixes.. thanks
