New Ratlabs MSI still requiring escalated privileges to run

In the release notes for the new client, it mentions several fixes - one of which is that it no longer need Administrator privileges… however, on my non-escalated desktop account, it's asking for admin password.

This is correct. We still require admin privileges for the game's launcher (wlaunch.exe) because it needs admin permissions to be able to apply patches.

The game executable (sciw.exe) no longer needs admin privileges.
