No chat bar, or

When the UI loads, I either have no chat bar and the ability to go S, or I have a chat bar but the player area of the screen is cut off to the point where I don't get a "down" arrow at the edge, just the "walk to here" icon.

A fix for this is you need to exit/close the game while in non full screen, re-launch the game, then when you get back in game you are free to go full screen again, and going south shouldn't be bugged.

Each time you quit/close the game though, make sure it's non full screen to prevent the bug from happening next time you login.
