Amulet of Free Will gives you the Magical Will Increase affect and +60 to Myst Spell Resistance in /state, Protection Glyph shield gives you the affect Magical Will Increase but does not give you the +60 boost to Myst Spell Resistance in /state and I haven't noticed any differences in shrugging with it equipped where as AoFW is a noticeable difference in shrugging rates, also when you sell the Protection Glyph to a shop it says "Andala (NPC) will give you 0 gold for the Admantium Tower Shield. Do you accept?"
