Might be hard to track down and fix, But I was enchanting and Engraving for my wife…I Engraved a few Items for her..The Backpack I Engraved "Belts" on my screen and my son(who also plays) we see "Belts" but on her screen she still sees "Backpack" and we dropped it and no change, we go to next room and no change, I Engraved it "Belts" again and that fixed it for her screen.

i saw similar issues on MW at the beginning. closing inventory and changing rooms i think corrected it. reclogging for sure did.
I remember engrave while the person is on the screen does not show name after trade as a long standing issue. Like above had to change room or log to get it to update.
This might be a longstanding issue. Had this happen this morning on the legacy server on april 26th at approx 10:35am pst:

LightABonFire: hmmm…i thought i saw a post about that on the beta forums, but it looked fine for me. I think mikethewiz mentioned the exact same thing when his wife engraved something.
At least i was right on who i thought posted about it, but a little flip flopped!
