Regular USH Locked for Non-Noble Citizens and Mobs have HUSH stats.

Regular USH was locked to my non-noble account which I'm pretty sure should not be the case. The Mobs in regular USH are now sporting the high health, damage and movement like the mobs in HUSH as well.

Also appear to be dropping heroic loot, so if anyone needs me i'll be free farming USH for a bit lol

I just stepped into USH and did not notice this. Are you going to Wen 4n 7w entrance?

yup, no key required, mobs like ghouls and damned ones had 5k+ health and were dropping gold piles in the 10-15k range. didn't see any actual items from the heroic loot table but i will post again if one drops. i told Starrie i would hand them in if i find anything since i'm just here for, and only doing the required fights for, the heroic key.
