SCIW.Exe Error, MSVCP140.dll not found

Fresh install of windows 10 and getting this error SCIW.Exe error MSVCP140.dll

I can log into Despothes Grove server but not Finvarra. Uninstalled Realm 3 times didn't fix the issue.

I apologize for being so late responding - check out https://realmserver.com/forum/bug-reports/fixed-missing-vc-redistributable-error it looks like there is a separate install that is needed.
