Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intentional correction, but… I'm not getting many blocks per round after the may 30th update; best I can tell it's usually 0 or 1 blocks per round (I don't have a full combat output because it scrolls too fast). I have shield level 7 and bash rank 2, and I have not seen bash hit at all and I rarely see anything related to the shield in the combat output. Before the update I would get blocks multiple times per round.
If this was intentional, could you please indicate what the expected block rate is given the different levels?
