Silver items can be "stickied" in town, yards, etc.

If you purchase a silver item, they can be dropped by the account buying them anywhere (except at teleporters) but only picked up by the account that dropped them. They can also be engraved.

To clarify, they can be dropped in town, in other players' yards etc.

Wolf asked me to post this here, silver items are costing an equal amount of gold to purchase. Verified with both my toons with differing amount of purchases.

Interesting - so when you purchase an item for 5000 silver it also takes 5000 gold? Hmm… thanks for the report

Yes, paid 300 silver for 3 baubles took 300 gold and brought in another toon different account bought more and the same

It looks like this is a cosmetic-only issue. When you relog you will see the correct gold amount.
