Spell button unlocking after joining group on spell restricted screens

On screens where spell casting is restricted (ex. dungeon entrances), if you send a group request, the locked spell button is unlocked when all buttons are unlocked after leader accepts. You still cannot cast (get "You can't do that" message) but you can open up spell list. Visual bug not a functionality bug.
