Spells failing since latest update.

Since the latest client update I've been having issues where my All intell elf Wizard spells have been countering/failing. Not sure if this is a bug or something that was added. I know on my warriors it happens often due to SDM being -80 but +181 I find odd.

I've noticed chanting at SDM 189 is a bit risky now… in one sitting I blew up 3 items, and the person only wanted 2 chants on each… so possibly a symptom of the same issue?
