the patch just keeps running

Why every time there is a patch do I have to delete the stupid game nd reinstall it to keep the patch from running over and over and over?
this is getting annoying

ok I have deleted the whole game again, gawd this is really getting annoying. I made sure I cleared everything out this time, I will try installing it one more time, if it does not work this time guess I will have to drop the subscriptions and play something else :( I did everything listed in the fix to no avail.

Make sure you run "wlaunch" as "Admin" with compat set to "win XP svs pk 3" and not the SCWI..
