trying to load game after game quit

I am a long time player, my game stopped working, I reloaded, now the patches keep repeating. also on a earlier reload, my characters failed to come back in?

Have you tried a fresh install? Your client may be out of date.

If a fresh install from the link above does not work. Make sure you are opening the game with wlaunch.exe as Administrator, not sciw.exe

I got to the sign in and depothes grove says there are 5 users something wrong? So when I enter my three characters are gone I n the sign in they are alright but do not come in for the game use???

I tried but still no characters when I start up… I have three two are lvl 1700 help
