Unable to learn Sorc 5 spells

When attempting to learn any new Sorc 5 spells getting the message you already know everything there is to know. But looking on my sorc spell list I see none of them.

Are you running any special spell list skins or anything?

I had something like this happen when the new server first came online.
My spell list showed spells that I knew i had never learned like "HoD" and some others as well as completely empty spell circles.
It was due to me not having the latest version of the client, downloading the correct one fixed this.
