Unable to select last item in list

Unable to select the last item in any (e.g inventory or vendor window) without first moving the window

hmmm. .. I dont get it.

This problem happens to me too, though only when running the game in full screen. I can't select the bottom-most item in any item list (npc shop, my inventory, etc). I need to alt-enter to exit full screen in order to access the bottom item. I am running windows 10. Editing my registry as the previous post suggests fixed it for me!
