hunting H USH had just started went in sarcophagus across 3 and then came back one and down is where it happened ( it would be nice to have room #'s back again ) was able to log back in and was still in the cave and guess we won the fight there was loot on the ground

It's related to Multiblade being cast onto Summoned Monsters after the NPC that summoned the Monsters has been killed.
