Window contents misaligned

I just logged in today and the screen layout is really buggy in both window and full screen. The tabs bar for the lower half of the screen is sitting too low (below the channel number and names) and blocking my ability to walk south. The minimize/maximize/close buttons are also out of alignment. I'm not sure what caused it and I'm not sure how to fix it.

I just noticed a post a little further down with the same issue. Exiting full screen before exiting The Realm and restarting fixed it. Strange that I've never had that issue until today.
