Anvil alter

it would be nice to have the alter at the end of Anvil to take you to the begining of the cave like in DP instead of a teleporter

I would love to see this.. Save time walking back from town each run.

Sure, I think we'd like to add this to nearly every dungeon actually

As an alternative, I would suggest a new prestige level sorcery spell that ports you to the entrance of the dungeon you're in.
