Character Restore

Does anyone review the tickets put into the system? I've tried to link my old account from before (and during) the norseman days however it says that it could not find the account. I put in a ticket with as much information as I could remember and that was on the 12th last month. I've yet to receive a response. I didn't want to pay to have a noble account until I can at link my previous account and have my characters restored.

Your characters will not transfer over to FF - you will be able to play them on DG but will have no one to play with. Everyone is on the new server.

Be nice if we could bring old NG toons to FF. A room full of backpacks with 2b gold in them lol.
