I propose a communal signpost be added to the EL tp which you have to click ‘Look At’ to read it. With this sign, players can set the description of the message for 1m gold (perhaps with a guaranteed timer of at least 4-6 hours?). This might be a fun new gold sink in which guilds could use it as an opportunity to advertise for recruitment or players could just have some fun with it. To discourage abuse, the authors name could also be displayed on the sign so mods know which players to discipline if they write something against the CoC. Additionally, mods could have the ability to reset the description if the need arises. Furthermore, traders could also use it to post trade advertisements before they take a break off of the game, etc.
