went skill hunting and couldn't find the crafting skill its not at the Traveler's Union with the smithing skills cked all the other shops and its no where to be found

also couldn't find Gardens R Usk anywhere are we not going to have a garden copper shop
With the shops getting moved I think the ones that sold "Crafting" skill got lost..
