The game itself is what matters. Prestige went live in late September, but it was incomplete. Nearly three months later, prestige skills have not been introduced, just level 6 abilities and three spells. Compounding the frustration is that the Evergreen post itself, meant to chronicle the status of these updates, hasn't been updated in over six weeks. I'm disappointed.

Sorry you're not happy, Shmaboo. I can very much reassure you that prestige skills and being worked on every day. There are two different types of development that occur:

  • One that does not require any coding; just a person able to create graphics and build object definitions. (Seasonal Items)
  • One that requires a large amount of programmer time, testing, and balancing. (Prestige Skills)

This is not meant to be an excuse by no means, but the season item creation can be done very rapid with little resources. The content development is an area that we actually have a large amount of capability. Programming is where we are slower; there are really only 3 of us that are "programmers". The resources (people) working on the seasonal items can outpace us on the other end very quickly.

My commitment to you, and the community, is to have the abilities of: Bleed Attack, Stun Attack, Armor Ignore, Sorcerer's Attunement, Melee Perfection, Agile Perfection, and Adventurer's Might out by the end of the weekend (12/23/2018) so that those on Christmas vacation will be able to work for and utilize the new stuff.

Again, I apologize.

Regards,

Sam

Sam is the man. He didn't use the word soon on this one. Apologizing too for delays. Props.
