Follow / No Follow when a new player joins the group

Any chance of getting "Follow" (in a group) to NOT reset whenever someone joins the group? Just leave No Follow / Follow however each individual already had it set?

I agree, it's rather annoying.

I just wait until everyone is in the group then go through and "No follow" everyone.
