Friends, speed and target suggestions

1) Add ability to open a menu similar to a loot menu but to allow selecting targets for spells. Sometimes tiny elf targets get hidden by giant… giants.

2) Add option to set default game speed to avoid having to hit f12 a few times after game entry every log in.

3) Add option to friends list to automatically set /give to accept things from people on the friends list.

4) Add option to friends list to automatically set /open for grouping with people on friends list.

Oh this would be a nice list of features that would increase QoL..

Number 1 would be absolutely amazing, especially if it showed allies and enemies in separate columns or something.

The rest are really nice QoL features but I love love love #1.

How about a button on the combat menu to repeat previous action? As in, cast the same spell and select the nearest enemy or friend if the previous target died. Stuff like that. :p
