Fumble

In Anvil I am Constantly fumbled every round almost. Yet I cannot Fumble the NPC's. For that matter almost all hitters are immune to fumble? Why is it even in the game if we cant use it?
This goes to the Myst being broken still. I cant even Spell Blast most creatures either. All Forms of Myst resist/freewill need removed from the game and base your shrugging on Intel/end. Put it back to the way it was. Giants easy to confuse, Humans easy to berserk, Elves easy to stun.
