HoS

Fix the HoS please. Proc happens once in a blue moon( I have seen it happen once). It should basically be the same as old HoS.

ProTip: Increase your AR. If your armor isn't being struck, its impossible for your helm to be the piece of armor that gets struck.

@Imagine but the primary user of an HoS is a weak squishy… I think that's the root issue. If HoS procs better with higher AR, it's still deprecated in usefulness beyond reason.
