How is Exp Per Hour calculated in /state?
For example 17 days have passed so far.
Let's say you are level 10 - so you have 10 levels * 10,000 experience per level = 100,000 total experience.
17 days * 24 hours = 408 hours in a day.
100,000 total experience / 408 hours = 245 exp per hour.
But all of us have .0000XX exp per hour.
What's going on?
