How to play NOW without the NOBLE CITIZEN option: ANSWERED

Hi all, is there anyway to play right now without a subscription i.e. NOBLE CITIZEN option?
I will be purchasing this later but wanted to jump into game and relive some old memories!!

There is no Trial but it is cheaper at $4.99, It's worth the price for me, my wife and 11 year old son who all have our own accts.
