Is the Halloween content supposed to be fun?

I hope there's more coming for the Halloween content. So far, I've got a bunch of pumpkins and large pumpkins that I can't carve. And the drop rate for masks in Konge is so low that it's more frustrating than trying to poop after an all-you-can-eat cheese buffet.
