Level Baldric NPC Vendor

May we have an NPC somewhere in Leinster that sells the level baldrics, with a scaling cost that increases with the baldric?

Don't take the idea in an MTX direction, but let it serve as a gold vendor instead.

This would be a good opportunity to create another gold sink. /signed

LilGoofsta made a player toon LevelBaldyVendor (or something like that) as a temporary fix. But I believe baldrics are purely cosmetic at the moment.
