Move Enemy HP Bar above their heads

The bots seems to look at the hp bars and mouse scan; I suggest we move enemy hp to the context window on click to make it harder to detect without actually sight

Right now the current UI is hard to modify. We can re-skin it but to make a new health bar would require some real time and effort. Our goal is to focus on these types of ideas in the next client.
