Hi Jordan,
Was directed to you for this question.
WHY do you not use pay pal as a means of game payment. Doing so would open the game to a wider range of players..for instance those who do not have or are unable to obtain credit cards?
I asked because a friend of mine would like to sub his account but does not own a credit card. i personally find this Odd that you have not thought nor used this means to get more players into the game and enlarge the community. Also i work with Credit cards every day in my job and am aware that SOME (few) Cards are not accepted through stripe.
Thanks!
Hi Cannon,
We use stripe for payments which does not allow for payments from Paypal as they are a direct competitor.
You can use privacy.com to create virtual credit cards that are accepted by Stripe.
Thanks for your Answer Gimili,
Hello Gimli,
I was wondering for the longest time why Ratlabs does not integrate both systems into the website for payments, As many of you know i am a coder and also a website designer, I have been asked at times to integrate both systems into websites allowing a broader option of payments. I do know this can be tricky from experience. ive also played with other options. I just felt that giving people the ability to pay from paypal would bring more players into the game with subscriptions. as you are aware i am all about rasing up the community and have been asked is it possible to pay using pay pal on many occasions.
I do remember way back in the 90s that pay pal WAS one of two options. I will try and find another way around this problem.
Regards
Chas thanks for that but privacy.com is an option the only can be used in the USA. even if people used a free text USA number the system does not accept that on sign up. but thanks so much for the input!
