ATM Avalon is very boring its not fun items extremely rare underground also not fun and rare drops nothing really good drop rate for paid players needs to be increased way up in dungeons hot zone is nice sure… until you hit level 2000 then it's pointless… Extra drop rate or second chance on each mob you kill should be added for paying customer's .. Since we are actually supporting the game… Free to play players just can't learn the prestige skills or do heroics but they can do world boss's and normal dung's then use pretty much anything…
A few new dung's with new loot for paying customer's only would also be nice… Support us like we support you… make the ones supporting you with better chance… I'm sick of running so many dung's with no drops at all it kinda sucks…. Thank you and please consider a change… Lets make the realm online great again and a better place for you and me
Many games don't offer any paid bonuses other than cosmetic ones. This game has some pay-to-win features (prestige skills are very good & desirable) but I don't want the game to go too far down the pay-to-win slope. I tend to play this game in short binges followed by long breaks so I'm reluctant to pay a monthly subscription fee. I do like the game so I'd gladly pay a one time payment of, say, $30 in order to get the prestige skills for a character. I'd gladly pay the $30 again when I prestige another character, too. I think single transactions for in-game goods is a better model for this game than a monthly subscription fee. But that's just my opinion.
To the OP this would destroy the game. This would completely segregate the player base and cause people to leave. Drop rates are fine as is and when they are so far out of reach Gimli addresses it. This game is meant to be grindy and last for a very long time. Getting a full master set isn't meant to happen in a month that would be unreasonable. Also just my opinion.
Instant gratification ruins games. There is proof of this by the lifeline of all the new games that come out and disappear in a month or two.
Modern games have made people lazy, its unfortunate. I agree with those who said the grind is what makes these types of games what they are, having somthing to do prolongs gameplay,if you max out quickly you likely will get bored.
I don’t think increasing drop rates is the answer here. One of my few qualms about the game is a lack of rare items. However, the devs seem to be moving in the right direction. For example, the Anniversary baldric not only looked great, but being an exclusive cosmetic for the 1-year anniversary of the server was also a brilliant move.
