Questions about Prestige Skills

I love the coming update but had some mechanics questions so I don't have to buy multiple respecs (provided you can prestige respec)

Questions on new skills:

Prestige Skills
Veteran (6) Sorcery
Veteran (6) Elementalism
Veteran (6) Mysticism
Veteran (6) Necromancy

Do these scale manipulatively with SDM or additively, how much?

Veteran (6) Meditation

Is this 15% SDM like other ranks?

Veteran (6) Theurgism

What does this do? How much SDM do each of the other 5 ranks give?

Veteran (6) Short Swords
Veteran (6) Two-Handed weapons
Veteran (6) Long Sword
Veteran (6) Dagger
Veteran (6) Unarmed Combat

Do these just give an extra attack?

Veteran (6) Shield Usage

Does this just give an extra block? Does it increase block chance further?

Veteran (6) Critical Strike

Is there a cap on critical strike? How is calculated? How does getting level 6+ improve it?

Veteran (6) Acrobatics

Is there a cap on Acrobatics? How is your dodge chance calculated? Is this just an extra dodge?

Veteran (6) Disarm Traps
Veteran (6) Lockpicking

What do these do?

Prestige Attributes

Sorcerer's Attunement: Ability to 6x items

Does this do anything for the success of enchanting 1-5x? What's the odds of 6xing something?

Melee Perfection: Permanent +1 Attack

Is this different than what we get for getting a 6th skill point in a weapon, outside of it working for all weapons?

Agile Perfection: Permanent +1 Dodge

Is this better than getting a 6th rank in acrobatics? Different somehow?

Adventurer's Might: Increased carrying capacity

How much does it increase it by? Does it stack with BoC/Fin Belt?

Prestige Abilities

Summon Elemental: Summons an Elemental for your party

Is it a random elemental? What HP / Damage can we expect?

Poison Barrage: Mass poison bolts with high poison damage

Does this have the same multiplier as the current poison bolt? What is the multiplier if not?

Mass Heal: Heals your entire party with a mini heal

Does this have the same multiplier as heal? What is the multiplier if not?

Cleave: When using a two handed weapon ability to hit multiple targets within weapon range

How does this work? What % damage is cleaved? Full? Half? How many square range or just up to max weapon range?

Warrior's Charge: Charges at an enemy and stuns them for 3 rounds

Can we shrug this on the first hit? Does free will help? Does it always last its full duration?

Bleed Attack: When using a dagger or claw ability to cause target to bleed for 3 rounds. Target cannot be healed while bleed is active.

Is there any counter to this outside of not being hit for 3 rounds?

Adventurer's Adornment: Spell that buffs entire parties melee damage by 15% for set duration based on SDM

Can this be cast outside of combat? How long can we expect this to last at 50 sdm? 100 sdm? 150 sdm?

Thank again you guys are the best!

Bumping this post because I have many of the same questions and do not see a clear answer. Can the devs or anyone else provide any insight on this?

Shmaboo

That guide reminds me… There are supposed to be prestige levels after the first one. Any ETA on when?

The link above doesn't address many of the questions in the original post.

For instance, i'm specifically interested in learning how level 6 in meditation affects a wizard. Does it increase SDM by 15%? If so, why do you need Sorcerer's Attunement or level 6 Sorcery to chant 6x? Shouldn't an all intel wiz have an SDM of 204 after level 6 in meditation?

For hitters, does Level 6 weapon skill give you an additional attack? Then melee perfection gives another attack? So if you have 6 attacks prior to leveling up your skills, you could have 8 attacks after upgrading your skills? Same with Acrobatics and Agile Perfection.

Also, for critical strike, does an additional level increase critical strike chance by a %? Is it calculated by Dexterity and CS level?

Chas

Sorcery Attunement is required because enchant/perm are capped at 189% SDM even if your SDM is higher. So a wiz with Med 6 (Yes, it increases by 15%) will have 204 SDM useful for things like spell damage and duration, but not affecting enchant/perm until Sorc Attune is memmed.

Melee perfection is definitely +1 swing. Weapon skill I would assume is another half swing as each level rank prior, but honestly I have not tested this. Rank 6 weapon (depending on the weapon) may also unlock other prestige abilities (such as stun, bleed, etc)

As far as I know the crit strike formula has not been disclosed.
