I dont know what the desired goal is for wizards,but i actually feel weaker after "sdm bug was fixed" . Wearing the full depothes set rings etc.. Ele Sdm goes up to 350%,definately not stronger anyway,perhaps roughly equal ish. but leaning towards weaker. And yes i was using ele spells to go with the Ele sdm lol. My comparison is based off playing prior to the recent wipe. I'm not putting it in the bug category because i dont really know what it's intentions r meant to be,just mentioning what seemed to b.
