Silver drop rate - recent change

Although I've seen some improvement on the silver drop rate in heroic/hotzones, I've also seen some drastic reductions. Fuloran used to drop ~96 silvers IIRC with a party of 6, this evening with hotzone + heroic the fight dropped 32 silvers.. This was rather disappointing.

Heroic Tulor just gave 311 silvers for the same 6 person group. So, it's looking like Fuloran was, maybe, just overlooked?

Fuloran's silver bonus was not changed last patch.
